The show was the second one I attended, and my friends and I traveled to Detroit to watch Train. We were surprised to find out that we couldn't bring our books inside, so we had to get rid of the hardcover book we had bought recently. For the Columbus concert, I bought 10 tickets for seats in Row O and Row Q, but half of our group and those around us couldn't hear properly. It would have been preferable if the singer had tried to raise her voice instead. Security guards and employees were nearby, yet no one made an effort to inform the attendees. This lack of communication was truly disappointing.
